HALL SET-UP

Spaces for Workshops & Conferences

Chapel House features two self-contained halls, each with its own internal entrance and flexible layout options:

Meeting Room

Our small meeting room offers a quiet, professional space ideal for private meetings, interviews, consultations, and small team discussions. Perfect for focused conversations in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

Harmony Hall

The Harmony Hall offers a spacious setting suitable for larger conferences, training sessions, panel discussions, seminars, and community forums. Its open layout and built-in amenities make it well suited to structured group activity with audience seating and presenter areas.

Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is ideal for smaller workshops, breakout sessions, planning groups or training events that benefit from a more intimate setting. It is also a useful additional space for multi-room events when booked alongside the Harmony Hall.

Using Both Together

Both halls can be opened through internal connecting doors to form one larger venue, providing room for plenary sessions, exhibitions, and hybrid workshop layouts. When used together, groups benefit from:
● Access to a large kitchen (via the Serenity Suite), helpful for catering or refreshment breaks
● A separate serving area (in the Harmony Hall)
● Two sets of toilets, supporting participant comfort
● All other in-house equipment and facilities
