On which days can the hall be booked?

The venue is available for bookings all year round, 365 days a year, from Monday to Sunday.

Bookings are typically offered in 5-hour slots, for example, 10:00am–3:00pm or 5:00pm–10:00pm. If you have selected our table and seating setup service (available for an additional £30), the hall will be prepared prior to your arrival. You are welcome to arrive at the start of your booked slot to complete any final event arrangements.

We offer flexible layout options to suit your event requirements, using both round and rectangular tables. Round tables are ideal for dining arrangements, while rectangular tables work well for buffet setups, service stations, or displays. Each round table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

Our AV package includes access to the venue’s built-in sound system, projector, and screen, making it ideal for speeches, presentations, entertainment, or video playback. You may connect your own devices to play music or videos. External DJs, performers, or entertainers are also welcome to use the in-house system or bring their own equipment.

Booking an Event Manager allows you to enjoy your event with peace of mind while a dedicated professional oversees the smooth running of the occasion. They can assist with event coordination, lighting and music management, guest support, equipment handling, and resolving any issues that may arise during the event.

Yes, we can connect you with trusted décor partners who offer a wider range of event styling services including Backdrop, tablecloths, runners, chair covers, and sashes in a variety of colours.

You are welcome to bring your own catering or appoint external caterers, with kitchen access available subject to booking. Alternatively, we can recommend trusted catering partners who offer a variety of menu options to suit different event styles and budgets.

Chapel House features two self-contained halls, each with its own internal entrance and practical facilities:

Community Hall

A spacious hall suitable for larger celebrations with family and friends. Can accomodate upto 80 guests.

Training & Events Hall

A complementary space for more intimate gatherings or additional event activity. Can accomodate upto 60 guests.
