Located in Forest Fields, Nottingham, Chapel House is a refurbished community facility with well-equipped halls, adaptable layouts, and inclusive design — ideal for celebrations of all shapes and sizes.

Minimum booking for 5 hours
Extra hours: Harmony Hall £60/hr; Serenity Suite £30/hr
No hidden costs; no nasty surprises; everything transparent and up front. Need to pay 50% deposit in advance and 50% a week before the event. Security deposit (refundable) £250

On which days can the hall be booked?
The venue is available for bookings all year round, 365 days a year, from Monday to Sunday.
What are the access timings for the hall?
Bookings are typically offered in 5-hour slots, for example, 10:00am–3:00pm or 5:00pm–10:00pm. If you have selected our table and seating setup service (available for an additional £30), the hall will be prepared prior to your arrival. You are welcome to arrive at the start of your booked slot to complete any final event arrangements.
How are tables and chairs arranged?
We offer flexible layout options to suit your event requirements, using both round and rectangular tables. Round tables are ideal for dining arrangements, while rectangular tables work well for buffet setups, service stations, or displays. Each round table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests.
What is included in the Audio Visual package?
Our AV package includes access to the venue’s built-in sound system, projector, and screen, making it ideal for speeches, presentations, entertainment, or video playback. You may connect your own devices to play music or videos. External DJs, performers, or entertainers are also welcome to use the in-house system or bring their own equipment.
Why should I book an Event Manager?
Booking an Event Manager allows you to enjoy your event with peace of mind while a dedicated professional oversees the smooth running of the occasion. They can assist with event coordination, lighting and music management, guest support, equipment handling, and resolving any issues that may arise during the event.
Do you offer table decoration services?
Yes, we can connect you with trusted décor partners who offer a wider range of event styling services including Backdrop, tablecloths, runners, chair covers, and sashes in a variety of colours.
What catering options are available?
You are welcome to bring your own catering or appoint external caterers, with kitchen access available subject to booking. Alternatively, we can recommend trusted catering partners who offer a variety of menu options to suit different event styles and budgets.

Flexible Halls for Your Celebration
Chapel House features two self-contained halls, each with its own internal entrance and practical facilities:
Community Hall
A spacious hall suitable for larger celebrations with family and friends. Can accomodate upto 80 guests.
Training & Events Hall
A complementary space for more intimate gatherings or additional event activity. Can accomodate upto 60 guests.
Equipment to Support Your Event
- Our venue includes a range of features to support your event without the need to bring everything yourself:
- Built-in audio and visual equipment — no external PA system needed
- Projectors and large screens for photos, slideshows, or media presentations
- Modern mood and disco lighting that enhances ambience and responds to music
- Chiavari chairs, round tables, and trestle tables included in your hire
- Large kitchen with cooking facilities to support catering needs
- You are welcome to connect your own devices (laptop, USB, or mobile) to the sound system to play music and create the atmosphere you want — from gentle background tunes to more lively playlists.
